Double pleasure!
A Pinotage from own grapes - grown and made in Burgundy (Pinot Noir) style, in a cool Elgin climate. No whole-bunch fermentation, matured for 10 months in French oak, 40% new. Black forest fruit, black olives and spices and a palate of red cherries, leather and dried apricots. Fine tannins and nothing short in freshness.
