Double pleasure!
The grapes for this Pinotage are bought in Stellenbosch, hence why it is released under the '1900' range. Spontaneous fermentation and aged for 11 months in 33% new wood, this is spicy, brambly and textured, with supple tannins and as always wonderful acidity.
Red cherry, grenadine and violet on the nose, and black fruit, graphite, spice and black olives on the palate.
Alc 12,5% - T/A 5,00 – R/S 2.0 – pH 3.57
